Vice President of Programming

-Assist in devlopment and planning of all of Campus Avtivies Board Events
-Maintain communication between executive members to ensure events and marketing flow together smoothly
-Have knowledge about CAB functions and event related questions
-Meet weekly with programming coordinators to verify event details and planning logistics

-Work within a budget while purchasing for supplies for each event

-Lead a weekly committee meeting to brainstorm ideas
-Work and set up events for all of Campus Actives Board

Chapter Director

-Run weekly general and executive board meetings
-Keep communication with all sites and help diffuse issues
-Weekly check ins with the Strong Women Strong Girls office to keep strong communication about what is goin on within our chapter
-Plan fundraisers and events to raise awareness for our chapter

Mentor

-Mentor a small group of girls in grades 3-5 once a week for an hour and a half while following a lesson plan
-Manage activities and create a fun environment for the girls to learn in
-Handle conflict and issues that arise on sight.

Cirriculum Coordinator

-Organize curriculum supplies for all three of Point Park’s mentoring sites
-Keep inventory on all items in the office and in storage
-Maintain a clean and organized office space for members

Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator

-Design a t-shirt that fits within the theme of honors orientation
-Create and post on instagram to promote events and information within the honors program
-Gather content at events to share on social media
